Why do you want to know my name and email address?

When you place an order with ExtendBar.com we require a valid email address so that we can send a confirmation of your order, shipping notification and to notify you of any changes to or problems with your order. Periodically, we send out notice of new products, special offers, and discounts to customers who provide us with email addresses. Every email we send has unsubscribe instructions at the bottom that allow you to opt-out of future emails.

Why do you want to know my credit card number and street address?

We collect personal and credit card information to verify your credit card and to process and ship your order. We use your mailing address to send out notices of new products, special offers and promotions. If you do not wish to receive such mailings please let us know by calling us, e-mailing us, or writing to us using the numbers or addresses above.

Do you save my personal information after my order? If so, why?

Yes and we encourage you to create a login and password for our site. This allows you to spend less time filling out boxes during future orders. We also store this information to service our customers taking advantage of our automatic reorder service.
