Why do you want to know my name and email address?
When you place an order with ExtendBar.com we require a valid email address so that we can
send a confirmation of your order, shipping notification and to notify you of any changes to or problems
with your order. Periodically, we send out notice of new products, special offers, and discounts to customers
who provide us with email addresses. Every email we send has unsubscribe instructions at the bottom that allow you to opt-out of future emails.
Why do you want to know my credit card number and street address?
We collect personal and credit card information to verify your credit card and to process and ship your order.
We use your mailing address to send out notices of new products, special offers and promotions. If you do not
wish to receive such mailings please let us know by calling us, e-mailing us, or writing to us using
the numbers or addresses above.
Do you save my personal information after my order? If so, why?
Yes and we encourage you to create a login and password for our site. This allows you
to spend less time filling out boxes during future orders. We also store this information to service
our customers taking advantage of our automatic reorder service. If you call our customer support team they will be
able to access your data and order history to serve you faster.
What other information do you keep track of, about me?
In addition to contact information and credit card data, we also store information
about your order history and any answers that you may have provided to survey questions
about how you discovered ExtendBar or how/why you use ExtendBar. This type of information
is used internally for business analysis and to plan and develop new products to meet our customers’ needs.
Does your website use cookies?
Yes, our website uses software applications that take advantage of cookies to monitor statistical information like how many people visit our web pages and whether they are new or returning visitors. The use of cookies does not personally identify you and is available only as aggregate information. Our marketing team looks at this statistical data to plan changes to our website content and provide better support to our customers.
How do you make sure nobody steals my credit card information?

ExtendBar shares data only with contracted third parties. For instance,
we use third parties to ship our orders, and to send mailings and email offers to our customers.

You can opt-out of all mailings and/or emails from ExtendBar by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every

Do you sell my information to anyone?
No, ExtendBar does not sell or rent any of our customer information to anyone.
What do you do if one of your employees violates my privacy?
Our employees are trained how to securely maintain personal and financial information. ExtendBar tolerates no exceptions to our security policies and procedures by employees or vendors.
Can I see and change the information you have about me, personally?
If you have created a login and password for our website you can see and update your personal,
shipping and credit card
information online during the order process. Or just call our support team toll-free at 1-800-887-2919 weekdays 9 AM to 4:30 PM.
How can I start or stop receiving e-mail from you?
We understand how overwhelming a full inbox can be. You may opt-out of our email
mailings at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of every email we send.

with the Subject: Remove, and we’ll take care of it pronto. If you later find that you miss our emails,

revision. We do reserve the right to modify our privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently.
